Langkah-Langkah Menginstall XAMPP untuk Windows

What is Apache Friends ?
Apache Friends is a non-profit project to promote the Apache web server. It was founded in the spring of 2002 by Kai 'Oswald' Seidler and Kay Vogelgesang. The following activities are our contribution towards promoting the web server and related technologies:
Easy to use software (see our Apache distribution XAMPP).
Easy to read documentation (Sorry, all texts apart form the FAQ are only available in German, our »Apache für Dummies« book for example).



The creation of an online community for helping each other out should any questions or problems arise (see our Forums or Chats for further resources).

What does Apache Friends mean?
You can understand the name, Apache Friends, in two ways: First, Apache Friends refers to the humans, who work with and appreciate the Apache Web server. Second, Apache Friends refers to the related software that is typically included in an Apache Web server environment, in particular MySQL, PHP and Perl.

Sebenarnya ini artikel yang tidak perlu untuk di posting, akan tetapi artikel ini menurut saya merupakan sebuah awal dari artikel-artikel lainya mengenai XAMPP.
Ok, kita lanjut aja dech. Langkah-langkah instalasi sangatlah mudah sekali. Yaitu:

1. donlot dahulu program XAMPP nya di http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-windows.html
   
   



2. setelah mendapatkan softwarenya, langsung saja diinstall, dobel klik pada file lalu akan muncul menu pemilihan bahasa klik saja ok
   
   



3. 3. klik Next->dan menu destination folder akan muncul, klik browse untuk mencari letak baru sesuka anda, dan klik Next lagi
   
   



4. Setelah itu menu seperti ini akan muncul, contreng service section jika anda ingin menjadikan program ini sebagai service, saran saya contreng semua service yang ada, agar bisa langsung dijalankan memalui service saja, klik install
   
   



5. tahap selanjutnya adalah menunggu, biarkan proses instalasi selesai lalu klik finish
   
   



6. tahap instalasi telah selesai apabila anda ingin menjalankan layanan web service dari XAMPP klik saja start->all program->apache friends->XAMPP->XAMPP control panel
   



7. atau sebagai alternatif lain klik control panel->Administrative Tools->klik service akan muncul menu service, jalankan service apache2.2 dan mysql nya
   



8. setelah servive apache dan mysql telah run, maka ketikanlah http://localhost pada browser, jika mucul tampilan seperti ini berarti anda sukses menginstall nya
